WHAT SETS US APART

The Reasons People Come Back

Quietcoin's workshops are built around the participant, not around a system. Here is what that means in practice.

AT A GLANCE

What You Gain from a Quietcoin Programme

Educator-Led, Not Software-Led

Every session is delivered by a person who has time to listen. There are no apps to learn, no dashboards to navigate, and no subscription that replaces the conversation.

Written Outcomes Every Time

You leave each programme with a document in your hands. A written summary, a folder template, or a full records map — something permanent to take away and use.

Clear Scope, Honestly Stated

Quietcoin is not a financial adviser, a legal service, or a filing agency. This is stated clearly at every stage. If a question falls outside what we do, we say so and suggest where to go instead.

Small Group Sizes

Workshop groups are kept intentionally small. The educator can attend to the pace of each participant without the session becoming a lecture to a room of strangers.

Home Visit Option

The Household Archive Setup programme brings the educator to you. For participants who find it easier to work with their records where they are kept, this removes a significant barrier to starting.

Family-Inclusive Closing Session

The archive programme ends with a reading session that can include a family member you choose. When the time comes to hand over records, someone else will already know where everything is.

IN MORE DETAIL

Each Benefit, Explained

Eight Years of Educational Practice

The educators at Quietcoin have been running record organisation sessions since 2017. In that time the programmes have been revised, the materials refined, and the session structure adjusted based on direct feedback from participants.

That kind of iterative development does not happen quickly. The workshops work as well as they do because they have been tested with real participants in real households — not designed in a meeting room and issued unchanged.

A Structure That Follows You

Quietcoin does not apply one system to every household. The Records Conversation begins with listening, not presenting. The folder structure you build in a workshop is shaped around what you already hold — not around what a standard template assumes you hold.

This takes longer in the early sessions, but means the outcome is something you will actually use rather than something you abandon after a month.

The Session Moves at Your Pace

Many participants come to a Records Conversation having avoided the subject for years. Some have experienced the difficulty of sorting through a family member's records without a clear system to guide them. These are not quick conversations.

Quietcoin sessions are scheduled with time on either side. There is no pressure to cover a fixed amount of material in a fixed period. If a session runs long because the participant needs more time, it runs long.

Transparent, Fixed Pricing

All three programmes have stated prices: ฿6,500 for a Records Conversation, ฿18,500 for the three-session workshop, and ฿32,200 for the five-week Household Archive Setup. These prices include all materials and, in the case of the archive programme, all travel within Chiang Mai.

There are no additional charges for printed materials, no session extension fees, and no charges for questions asked between sessions by email or phone.

Something You Can Point To

The goal of every Quietcoin programme is a specific, usable outcome. Not a feeling of having made progress, but a physical folder set, a printed index, or a written records map that a family member can read without needing to ask questions.

Over 340 participants have completed a Quietcoin programme since the practice opened. The majority return for a second programme within two years as their records situation changes.

HOW WE COMPARE

Quietcoin vs Typical Alternatives

Most people organising pension records are working alone, using a generic folder from a stationery shop, or paying a professional adviser for time that should not need to go that far. Here is how Quietcoin sits alongside those options.

Feature Typical Self-Approach General Adviser Quietcoin
Educational guidance on organising records
Written summary or records map at close
Fixed, fully stated price
Home visit option available
Family member included in final session
No financial or legal advice given
Small group, unhurried session pace

WHAT ONLY QUIETCOIN OFFERS

Distinctive Features of the Practice

The Records Map

The written records map produced at the end of the Household Archive Setup is a single printed document that shows where every category of record is held, what it contains, and who should be contacted about it. No comparable document is produced by self-led approaches or by professional advisers as a matter of course.

The Family Reading Session

At the close of the Household Archive Setup, the educator can conduct a final session with a family member of the participant's choosing. The family member is walked through the completed archive. This is the only programme of its kind in Chiang Mai that includes this step by default.

The Written Session Summary

Every Records Conversation ends with a short written summary of what was discussed and what organisational steps the participant might consider. This summary belongs to the participant entirely — it is not retained by the practice in any form.

Clear Referral Practice

Quietcoin maintains a consistent, stated approach to questions that fall outside educational scope. The educator will not attempt to answer questions about entitlements, legal matters, or financial planning. These are noted and the participant is guided toward appropriate qualified help — without judgment and without delay.
