WORKSHOPS & SESSIONS
What We Offer
Three ways to bring order to the records that matter most. Each session moves at the pace you need.
Records Conversation
A short, considered appointment in which you sit with the educator and talk through the personal records you currently keep — what you hold, what you would like to organise, and what you would like to leave easy for a family member to find later. You receive a short written summary of suggested next steps.
- One-to-one, calm and confidential
- Written summary of organisational steps
- No advice, no interpretation of entitlements
Personal Records Workshop
A three-session workshop in which a small group is guided through building a personal records system at home. Sessions cover folder design, labels, archive layout, and a simple printed records index. Printed materials and a folder template are included for use during the programme.
- Three structured group sessions
- Printed materials and folder template included
- Personal questions referred to qualified specialists
Household Archive Setup
A guided five-week programme for households who would like a calm, organised archive of their long-term personal records. Includes weekly home visits, a labelled folder system, a written records map handed over at programme end, and a final reading session with a chosen family member.
- Five weeks, weekly home visits included
- Written records map at programme close
- Final session with a family member of your choice
WHY QUIETCOIN
The Value of a Quiet Start
Working through personal records need not feel like a task. These sessions are designed to make the process unhurried and clear.
Strictly Non-Advisory
Every session stays within educational boundaries. We do not interpret entitlements, handle financial matters, or replace qualified specialists.
Confidential by Design
Notes taken during appointments remain with you. No records are shared with third parties. Your documents stay in your hands throughout.
An Unhurried Pace
Sessions are scheduled with enough space between them so participants can reflect, gather materials, and return at ease rather than under pressure.
Small Groups Only
Workshop groups are kept small so the educator can attend to individual questions and the room remains calm throughout each session.
Practical Outcomes
Every participant leaves with something tangible: a written summary, a folder template, or a records map — something that can be used at home the same day.
Respectful of Family
The Household Archive programme is designed with family members in mind. The final session can include a person of your choosing, making handover easier when the time comes.

Is It Time to Bring Order to Your Records?

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions People Often Ask
What exactly do these workshops cover?
The workshops cover the organisation of personal records — folder layout, labelling, archive structure, and building a simple index. They do not cover financial planning, pension advice, legal interpretation, or any matter that requires a qualified specialist.
Are these sessions suitable for someone who already has a system?
Yes. Many participants come with folders already in place but find that certain records are hard to locate or the system has grown without a clear structure. The sessions help identify what is already working well and where a small change might make things significantly easier.
How long does each programme take?
The Records Conversation is a single appointment, typically ninety minutes. The Personal Records Workshop spans three sessions over two to three weeks. The Household Archive Setup runs over five weeks with one visit per week, each visit lasting approximately two hours.
Do I need to bring anything to a session?
For the Records Conversation, it helps to bring whatever records you currently hold — or a note about what you think you have. For the workshop programmes, printed materials are provided. There is no preparation required before a first session.
Are sessions conducted in English or Thai?
Sessions are conducted in English. Printed materials are provided in English. If you have questions about language accommodation, please mention this when you register your interest.
What if I have questions about my specific pension situation?
The educator is not a qualified specialist and cannot advise on individual entitlements, pension amounts, or filing on your behalf. If questions arise that require a specialist, the educator will let you know and can suggest you seek appropriate professional guidance.
What is included in the Household Archive Setup price?
The ฿32,200 programme includes five weekly home visits, a labelled folder system assembled during the programme, a written records map handed over at the end, and a final reading session that can include a family member of your choice. Travel within the Chiang Mai area is included.
